Turkmenistan President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent a congratulatory message to Hero of Turkmenistan, cosmonaut instructor, Deputy Head of the Cosmonaut Training Centre and commander of the cosmonaut detachment of the federal state budgetary institution ‘Yuri Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Centre’ Oleg Kononenko on his birthday.
