On 10 July, a telephone conversation was held between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova Mihai Popshoi. This was reported by the press service of the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Turkmenistan.

During the conversation, the parties discussed key aspects of bilateral cooperation.

Particular attention was paid to preparations for the upcoming Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDC 3).
