Eleven international and Turkmen companies will serve as silver sponsors of the International Conference and Exhibition CIET 2026, which will be held in Ashgabat on November 3–5. The forum will focus on the development of Turkmenistan’s construction, industrial, chemical and energy sectors, according to the IIC.

The sponsors include TOYO Engineering, Ýiti Galam, Rysgally Inžener, Daewoo E&C, Türkmen Bina Gurluşyk, ITOCHU, Rysgally Zähmet, Sahra Gurluşyk, Altyn Nesil, Saýaly Menzil and Aga-Gurluşyk.

Japan’s TOYO Engineering took part in the construction of the polymer complex in Kiyanly. In 2025, together with Rönesans Endüstri Tesisleri, the company secured a contract for the first phase of the facility’s major overhaul. In February 2026, the company announced a memorandum with the state concern Türkmenhimiýa on cooperation in the second phase of the work.

South Korea’s Daewoo E&C is implementing a project to build a mineral fertilizer production complex at the S. A. Niyazov Turkmenabat Chemical Plant. In September 2026, the company also signed a memorandum with the State Committee for Water Management of Turkmenistan on cooperation in modernizing a section of the Karakum Canal.

The Japanese corporation ITOCHU has a presence in Ashgabat and operates in the fields of machinery, energy, chemical products and international trade. Turkmen companies Türkmen Bina Gurluşyk, Rysgally Zähmet and Sahra Gurluşyk specialize in civil, industrial and infrastructure construction.

Altyn Nesil took part in the construction of the Tejen–Mary section of the Ashgabat–Turkmenabat motorway. Saýaly Menzil is involved in construction projects, including the development of the second phase of Arkadag city. Aga-Gurluşyk has participated in construction projects in Ashgabat and secured a contract for the design and construction of a mosque in the Azerbaijani city of Fuzuli.

The CIET 2026 programme includes an international exhibition, sector-specific discussions and business meetings in B2B and B2G formats. Participants will discuss investment attraction, production modernization, infrastructure development and the introduction of new technologies.
