From 3 to 5 November, Ashgabat will host the International Conference on the ‘Development of the Construction, Industrial, Chemical and Energy Sectors of Turkmenistan’ (CIET-2025). The forum will serve as a platform for promoting innovation, attracting investment and strengthening international cooperation, according to IIC.

The organisers are the relevant ministries and state-owned companies of Turkmenistan. Participants will include representatives of the authorities, business, international institutions and the scientific community.

The main topics of CIET-2025 are the ‘green’ transition, digitalisation, infrastructure development, expansion of industrial zones, energy efficiency improvement and integration of renewable energy sources. The programme includes plenary sessions, industry panels, round tables, B2B meetings and the signing of agreements.

The exhibition section will showcase modern solutions in the fields of urban development, clean energy and smart infrastructure. A record number of participants is expected, ranging from government agencies to leading global engineering companies.
