Representatives of Turkmenistan discussed cultural development at a forum in Moscow

The Fourth International Forum ‘Woman of the Third Millennium’ was held in Moscow, with representatives of the Women's Union of Turkmenistan taking part. The event brought together women leaders, entrepreneurs and cultural figures from Russia, the CIS countries, Asia, Africa and Europe. This was reported by Turkmenportal.

The forum's agenda focused on sustainable development, expanding opportunities for women's entrepreneurship and strengthening international partnerships. Participants discussed issues related to preserving cultural heritage, supporting crafts and traditions, and strengthening the role of women in the business environment.

Turkmenistan was represented at the relevant sections by members of the Central Council of the Women's Union: Ogulsabyr Berdiyeva, Senior Lecturer at the Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages, and Jennet Agayeva, Director of the private enterprise ‘Jennet tagty’ and Head of the Centre for Women's Embroidery Art. In their speeches, they focused on the development of traditional crafts and the preservation of cultural values.
