The Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages hosted a methodological seminar for German language teachers, conducted by Johanna Mierendorff, Professor of Early Childhood Education and Senator of the Academic Senate at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg (Germany). This was reported by the news website Turkmenportal.

The professor shared methodological recommendations on issues of child development and social pedagogy, and emphasised the importance of developing effective methods and techniques for the harmonious upbringing of children and family support.

Particular attention was paid to the education of the younger generation and the organisation of developmental activities in libraries for the beneficial leisure of children. The institute noted that the seminar was ‘particularly useful and inspiring’ for German language teachers.
