Within the framework of the International Conference ‘White City Ashgabat - 2025’, Vadim Skorobogatko, Director of ‘BVS Construction Limited’, shared his vision of modern urban development. He noted that the Turkmen capital demonstrates a successful example of integration of technologies and environmentally friendly solutions into the urban environment. It is reported by the IIC.

Special attention in his speech was paid to the importance of public-private partnership for the implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects. The company is ready to offer Ashgabat international experience in creating ‘smart’ transport systems and effective solutions for urban economy.

Vadim Skorobogatko emphasised that the White City Ashgabat concept successfully combines technological progress with care for future generations, creating a model of sustainable development for the entire region.
