Turkmenistan and Poland discuss digitalization and development of migration partnership

On June 23, during a working visit to Poland, the Chairman of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan, Amanmuhammet Sazakov, held a meeting with the Deputy Minister of the Interior of Poland, Maciej Duszczyk. This was reported by the press service of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan.
The two sides expressed confidence in the effectiveness of the Memorandum of Understanding between the migration and border agencies of the two countries. They discussed prospects for further cooperation, including the digitalization of migration systems, the development of migration policy, and interaction at regional and global levels. Following the meeting, both sides confirmed their readiness to implement the reached agreements in practice.
On the same day, A. Sazakov also met with the head of the Office for Foreigners of Poland, Tomasz Cytrynowicz.
The parties discussed coordination of approaches to managing safe, orderly, and legal migration, as well as the exchange of experience in implementing technological solutions in migration systems. An interest in further deepening cooperation and continuing constructive dialogue was emphasized.
