On 25 November, Rashid Meredov, Foreign Affairs Minister of Turkmenistan, held a telephone conversation with Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, Foreign Affairs Minister of the Republic of Cuba. This was reported by the press service of the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Turkmenistan.

The interlocutors discussed the current state of Turkmen-Cuban relations and possible directions for their further development.

Separately, they noted the productive interaction between the two countries on international platforms, primarily within the framework of the UN.

The ministers also focused on preparations for the International Forum on Peace and Trust, scheduled for 12 December in Ashgabat. Following the negotiations, the parties confirmed their intention to maintain active dialogue and strengthen cooperation across the entire spectrum of bilateral issues.
