An important meeting with a delegation from Kent University (USA) led by Vice President Marcello Fantoni took place at the International University for the Humanities and Development. The event was a logical continuation of the Memorandum of Cooperation signed last year between the two educational institutions. This was reported by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.

During the negotiations, the parties discussed the prospects for implementing joint educational programmes, scientific research and student exchanges. The Vice-President of the American university noted the warm welcome and expressed his readiness to further develop the partnership.

The guests were given a tour of the university, including a visit to the UNESCO club and the innovative student centre. The meeting confirmed the mutual interest in strengthening academic ties and creating new opportunities for students and teachers from both countries.
