On 29 September, a conference organised by the Turkmen Embassy in Japan was held at the Turkmenistan pavilion at the EXPO-2025 World Exhibition in Osaka. The event was dedicated to the results of the meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, according to the press service of the Turkmen diplomatic mission.

Representatives of the Turkmen embassy, the EXPO-2025 organising committee and the international community took part in the discussion. The event was addressed by Atadurdy Bayramov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Japan, representatives of the Japan Association for EXPO-2025 and the Turkmenistan national pavilion.

The speakers emphasised the importance of the foreign visits of the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the policy of strengthening cooperation and parliamentary diplomacy, as well as the role and history of the Halk Maslahaty. A. Bayramov noted the initiatives put forward by Turkmenistan at the 80th session of the UN General Assembly and the proposals made at the last meeting of the body.

The guests were also presented with exhibits from the pavilion and video materials about the country.
