Turkmenistan has expressed concern over the attack on the Russian President's residence. The authorities condemn such actions, considering them a threat to international security and stability, especially against the backdrop of diplomatic efforts to resolve the conflict, according to the press service of the Turkmenistan Foreign Affairs Ministry.

The country, which has permanent neutrality status recognised by the UN, emphasises the need to resolve international issues exclusively through peaceful and diplomatic means.
