The Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Atajan Movlamov, held a meeting with the new Ambassador of Canada to Pakistan, Tariq Ali Khan. This was reported by IIC.

The parties discussed the current situation in the region, emphasising Turkmenistan's peaceful policy of permanent neutrality and its contribution to strengthening trust and stability.

Particular attention was paid to infrastructure and energy projects, which are considered key elements of regional integration and sustainable economic development.

The Ambassador of Turkmenistan wished the new Canadian Ambassador success in his diplomatic mission.
