On 11–12 November 2025, B. Karayev, senior lecturer at the Institute of International Relations of the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Turkmenistan, spoke at the ‘Margalla Dialogue 2025’ International Conference organised by the Islamabad Institute of Policy Research (IPRI). This was reported by the press service of the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Turkmenistan.

In his report, he presented a comprehensive overview of the main directions of Turkmenistan's foreign policy and regional cooperation, emphasising the country's unwavering commitment to the principles of positive neutrality and open cooperation.

Particular emphasis was placed on the strategic nature of Turkmen-Pakistani cooperation. In this context, B. Karayev noted significant progress on a number of key projects, including TAPI, TAP and other initiatives aimed at developing mutual trade, strengthening stability and expanding regional integration.
