President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated participants at the opening ceremony of the new modern village of Bagtly Zamana in the Gowshut geneshlik of the Kaka etrap of the Ahal velayat. This was reported by the state news agency TDH.

The Head of State noted that on the eve of the 30th anniversary of permanent neutrality, the construction of social and infrastructure facilities is actively underway in Turkmenistan.

In the village of Bagtly Zamana, 400 residential buildings, a school, a kindergarten, a shopping centre and an administrative building have been built. According to the President of Turkmenistan, this is an example of the future development of hundreds of settlements in the country.

Serdar Berdimuhamedov stressed that the transformations are aimed at improving the living standards of the population and are being implemented as part of the National Programme until 2028.
