President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, expressed his condolences to the Emir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, following the passing of his father, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani. In his message, the Head of State wished the Emir of the State of Qatar and his family strength and patience, and expressed his sincere sympathy and support to the people of Qatar.
