The ‘Nurly meýdan’ poultry complex, a key producer of chicken meat and eggs in the country, is successfully operating in the Bereket etrap of the Balkan velayat. The enterprise covers an area of 50 hectares and carries out the entire production cycle, from chick incubation to finished products. This was reported by the IIC.

The complex produces 200-250 thousand chickens per month, which is a significant part of the total volume in Turkmenistan. Production capacity allows for the production of 8 thousand tonnes of chicken meat and 30 million eggs annually. The enterprise has 260,000 laying hens, which produce 130,000-140,000 eggs daily, with plans to increase this figure to 240,000.

Particular attention is paid to product quality, which is confirmed by growing demand both on the domestic market and abroad. Supplies to Afghanistan have already been established, and negotiations are underway to enter the markets of Kazakhstan, Georgia, Russia and the UAE.

The activities of ‘Nurly meýdan’ clearly demonstrate the successful development of Turkmenistan's agro-industrial complex, combining modern production technologies with environmental safety of products.
