As part of the Memorandum of Academic Exchange and Cooperation between the Oguz Han Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan and Tsukuba University (Japan), three Turkmen students will travel to Japan to study. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.

The programme is scheduled to run from 1 October 2025 to 31 August 2026 and covers engineering, computer science, humanities and advanced technologies.

The implementation of this educational initiative is an important step in the development of science and the strengthening of international cooperation. Participation in the programme will give students the opportunity to expand their professional knowledge, gain academic experience, deepen their understanding of cultural characteristics, and prepare for future work as highly qualified specialists in their fields.
