Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Amanov reported on the work of the fuel and energy complex, including the State Concern ‘Türkmennebit’, during a government meeting on 13 June. This was reported by the state news agency TDH.

In particular, the automated system of the Turkmenbashi Oil Refinery Complex is being modernised to ensure its stable operation. The Deputy Prime Minister submitted a corresponding proposal to the President.

After hearing the report, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the importance of increasing oil production and complying with environmental standards. Approving the initiative, the Head of State instructed B. Amanov to take specific measures to ensure the reliable operation of the complex.
