President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent congratulations to President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and the people of the country on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus. This was reported by the state news agency TDH.

In his message, Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed confidence in the further development and strengthening of friendly relations between the two countries.

The head of Turkmenistan also wished Alexander Lukashenko good health, happiness and new successes, and the citizens of Belarus – peace, well-being and further prosperity.
