The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, sent a congratulatory letter to the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on the occasion of the country's Independence Day. This was reported by the state news agency TDH.

In his address, the President of Kazakhstan emphasised the significance of this day as a symbol of freedom and the creative spirit of the Turkmen people, noting its role in strengthening statehood and the long-term development of the country.

‘Over the years of independence, the Turkmen people have achieved remarkable success in state building and socio-economic development. Under Your competent leadership, Turkmenistan is confidently moving forward on the path of sustainable progress, strengthening its status of positive neutrality under the auspices of the UN and its international position,’ Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said.

In conclusion, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev expressed confidence in the further strengthening of inter-state relations and wished Serdar Berdimuhamedov success in his state activities for the prosperity of Turkmenistan.
