On 10 April, the 5th International Online English Language Olympiad for university students from Turkmenistan and abroad will open at the Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages. This was reported by the publication ‘Turkmenistan: Golden age’.

Hundreds of students from 32 countries and 48 leading universities will take part in the competition. The Olympiad will last two days and will be held in accordance with the approved regulations.

The opening ceremony will take place in the institute’s main conference hall: local participants and guests will attend in person, whilst international students will join online.

During the competition, participants will demonstrate their knowledge of the English language, as well as their skills in its theoretical and practical application. The organisers note that the competition contributes to the development of international educational cooperation, the exchange of experience and the strengthening of friendly ties between young people.
