President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent a congratulatory message to President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Nicolás Maduro on the occasion of Venezuela's Independence Day. This was reported by the state news agency TDH.
In his message, Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished the President of Venezuela good health, happiness and prosperity, and the people of the country peace, stability and further prosperity.
