President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed his condolences to the people of Afghanistan in connection with the earthquake that occurred in the provinces of Kunar and Nangarhar. This was reported by the IIC.
On behalf of the Turkmen people and on his own behalf, the Head of State conveyed his condolences to the families and loved ones of those who died, and wished a speedy recovery to those affected by this tragedy.
