The President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, has sent his congratulations to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, on the successful holding of the elections to the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This was reported by the news agency TDH.

The Head of State noted that the reforms being carried out in Kazakhstan are laying the foundations for the country’s long-term prosperity.

Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasised that the first elections to the Kurultai, which received widespread public support, marked an important stage in the reforms aimed at improving the system of state power and governance.

The President of Turkmenistan expressed his confidence in the further development of friendly relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Wishes were extended to President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev for good health, well-being and success in his state duties, and to the people of Kazakhstan for peace, prosperity and progress.
