Within the framework of the International Conference ‘White City Ashgabat - 2025’, Rector of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction Batyr Mammedov shared the success of the university in training specialists in the construction industry. He noted that the Institute is actively involved in the implementation of large-scale projects of the country, including the development of the ‘smart city’ Arkadag and the creation of new educational spaces. Special attention in the speech was paid to the innovative developments of the institute - from unique building materials to digital solutions for smart cities. The rector emphasised that the construction of a new modern campus in Ashgabat will allow bringing the training of specialists to a new level.

Mammedov expressed the institute's readiness for international co-operation, noting that joint projects will facilitate the exchange of experience and create new opportunities for students and teachers.
