The President of Turkmenistan held a meeting with the President of Armenia, Vahagn Khachaturyan. This was reported by the news website Turkmenportal.

Serdar Berdimuhamedov warmly welcomed Vahagn Khachaturyan, expressing gratitude for his visit and participation in the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDC 3).

In turn, the President of Armenia thanked his Turkmen counterpart for the invitation and highly appreciated the organisation of the international forum.

The parties discussed prospects for strengthening and expanding bilateral cooperation.
