The Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Belarus, Nazaruly Shagulyev, visited the Brest State A.S. Pushkin University, where he met with the university's leadership and students to discuss prospects for expanding scientific and educational cooperation. This was reported by the IIC of Turkmenistan.

As part of the visit, an information programme was organised for students dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust, as well as the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's neutrality — these issues were the focus of the Ambassador's speech.

N. Shagulyev also talked with Turkmen students and graduates, highlighting the importance of fostering patriotism and moral values.

The visit showed Turkmenistan's desire to strengthen international cooperation in education and promote the principles of its neutral and peacekeeping policy.
