Huawei representative Han Xiaoping delivered a speech at the ‘Türkmentel–2025’ International Conference. In her address, she noted the company's significant contribution to the modernisation of Turkmenistan's telecommunications networks and expressed pride in Huawei's participation in strategically important national projects, according to IIC.

The company representative emphasised that the partnership with Turkmenistan is being implemented under the wise leadership of President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and is aimed at introducing advanced technologies that contribute to accelerating digital transformation.

Han Xiaoping paid particular attention to the Arkadag ‘smart’ city project. She said that the company had been actively involved in the first phase of construction and was ready to continue cooperation in the next phase, applying the most modern technological solutions.

Concluding her speech, the Huawei representative confirmed the company's readiness for long-term cooperation with Turkmenistan in the field of digitalisation, network modernisation and the development of the ‘smart’ city concept.
