The National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov took part in the ceremony of laying flowers at the memorial complex ‘People’s Memory’. This was reported by the state news agency TDH.
