During a trilateral meeting in the ‘Avaza’ National Tourist Zone the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited an equestrian complex, where they were presented with the beauty of Akhal-Teke horses. The distinguished guests watched with interest the performance of the famous national equestrian group ‘Galkynysh’. At the end of the event, as a sign of deep respect and friendship, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the entire Turkmen people, presented the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev with an Akhal-Teke horse named ‘Taus’.

The noble horse, a symbol of steadfastness, beauty and loyalty, embodies the centuries-old tradition of brotherly relations between Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan. This gesture has become a symbol of the strong friendship and close ties between the two peoples.
