The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people of the country and the Halk Maslahaty, congratulated the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on the labour victory of the grain growers who harvested more than 1.4 million tonnes of wheat, and wished him health, longevity and further success. This was reported by the state news agency TDH.

Hero Arkadag noted that under the leadership of the Head of State, within the framework of agricultural reforms, with a scientific approach and the use of new varieties (‘Arkadag’, ‘Serdar’ and ‘Pyragy’), high yields are being achieved.

Particular emphasis was placed on the support provided to farmers, including preferential access to equipment, high-quality seeds and fertilisers, modern John Deere and CLAAS combine harvesters, the efficient operation of elevators and timely payments.

The Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty noted that the joint efforts of workers and the reforms carried out under the leadership of the President of Turkmenistan strengthen the country's food abundance, increase soil fertility and the well-being of the population, and inspire farmers to new labour achievements.
