Last week, 48 deals were concluded with foreign businessmen and Turkmen entrepreneurs at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan. The total amount of currency transactions amounted to US$4.038 million. Turkmenistan's business representatives purchased products worth 97 million manats for the national currency. This was reported by the online publication ‘Turkmenistan: Golden age’.

Liquefied gas produced at the technological installations of the ‘Türkmengaz’ and ‘Türkmenhimiýa’ State Concerns became the subject of transactions with representatives of business circles from Uzbekistan and Afghanistan. Businessmen from Kyrgyzstan and Great Britain purchased raw fabric and cotton yarn at the SCRMET for foreign currency.

Turkmen businessmen purchased petroleum road bitumen and base oil produced by the ‘Türkmennebit’ State Concern for the domestic market. Deals were also concluded for handmade carpets and cotton yarn.
